ABOUT THE HOUSE
House Lana is a three story family house surrounded by a spacious garden. Ideal for two families with children, or a group of friends.
The house is located in a beautiful small town with a very long history, Osor, on the southwestern tip of Cres island, by the bridge connecting Cres and Losinj islands.
Enjoy warm summer evenings, play table tennis and barbecue in the garden, or just relax at one of towns two beaches just 50 meters away. Everything you need is so close by, markets, restaurants, pizzerias,cafes, souvenir shop... Cres island is filled with amazing sights and interesting places to visit, about which we will be happy to inform you.
House Lana is very suitable for a vacation in the colder seasons. Central heating, lovely fireplace, cable TV and free WIFI will assure a pleasant stay even when it is very cold outside (which is not very often, as Cres is blessed with a mild microclimate conditions).
Spacious kitchen is ideal for home cooking, with an oven, refridgerator and freezer, juicer, coffee and dishwashing machines and a selection of aromatic herbs growing just outside the kitchen window.
HOUSE PLAN
House Lana has two living rooms, a kitchen, four bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, a smaller third one with a washing machine and an additional solar powered shower in the garden.
Three bedrooms have single beds, one has a double bed and the first floor living room has a spare bed, if a friend happens to stop by during your stay.
Kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, cofee machine, juicer and all the utensils (including the scissors for snipping those lovely mediterranean herbs in the garden).
HOUSEKEEPING
Dragica, our housekeeping lady, will welcome you to the house upon your arrival and help you to settle in. She lives across the street and will be always available for any requests (firewood for BBQ and fireplace, internet connection troubles, etc.)
For longer stays, we offer weekly towels and linen change free of charge. If you desire a more frequent schedule, or house cleaning at any time during the stay, contact us for all the arrangements.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
House Lana welcomes guests fully cleaned, with fresh linen and 2 towels awaiting each visitor. Firewood is also included in the listed price.
Security cash deposit: €250 (security against possible damages, fully refundable at the check out)
Rent a boat (berth included): €70 per day; €280 per week
Final cleaning fee: €35 per visit
Additional cleaning: €35 per visit
Additional linen and towels change: €35 per change
PARKING
The house is located in a very beautifull, but very narrow island street, innacessible by car. Two parking lots are located 150 meters from the house (one by the canal and one on the main road, by the town entrance). Both offer free of charge parking.
